The Hindu community took part in the annual Lal Kach (red glass) festival in Narayangonj, Bangladesh on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, the last month of the Bangla year. During this festival men and boys would paint themselves in red during the festival also hold swords in hand, dance, and march towards the traditional temples. The central idea is to ward off the forces of evil and welcome the Bangla New year.
